131-133: 2000 and OBESE

It's been an exciting past couple of days for yours truly. We are at the thick of our rehearsals for our workshop showcase, Atomic Prom which shows at the Manansala this weekend. And consequently, my body has been succumbing to stress and fatigue from all the torrid dancing. Robbie's choreoing us this whole week, and my weekend was spent in Cla's house in Commonwealth, alternating between our sauna rehearsal space and her super nice and comfortable house.

I guess my biggest mistake was that I didn't change my shirt the whole day despite the drench-load of sweat and that proved to be my undoing. Yes ladies and gentlemen, I am sick. There is blood on my phlegm - probably due to a damaged throat - which makes me wonder if I haven't been singing right throughout this rehearsal. Baka I've been using my throat instead of my diaphragm. Or maybe, it's really coz I didn't change my shirt.

Apparently several of my workshopmates are sick too... One week to go. Let's do this!

131: FRIDAY
Breakfast:
none

Lunch at the Pink Sisters Convent:
1 bowl of vanilla ice cream
2 pcs. fish fillet w/ tofu
2 pcs. beef w/ tausi
1 serving of fried rice
1/2 tanigue steak w/ onions





Midnight Snack:
Classic Nachos
Ribs w/ Rice
1 1/2 glass of mango margarita

132: SATURDAY
Breakfast:
none

Lunch:
none

Late Merienda:
1 Quarter Pounder
1 Pineapple Juice
Some fries
6 square slices of shakeys
1 pc. chicken from Shakeys

Late Dinner:
Mongolian Rice
2 Bottles of San Mig Light
Chili Pesto
Some bites of Joby's Crunch Bagoong Rice

133: SUNDAY
Breakfast:
none

Lunch:
Spaghetti from Jollibee
1 pc. chicken w/ rice
Pineapple Juice

Dinner:
1 cheeseburger from Jollibee
Small fries from jollibee
1 pc. chicken w/ half rice from Mini Stop
2 glasses of pineapple juice

EXERCISE:


FRIDAY - 1hr. 30 minutes tennis + 1 lap of jogging around the Polo field


SATURDAY-SUNDAY - none. 


WEIGHT:
188.5 pounds.... ayayay! too much eating. less exercise. stress binging after rehearsals. not keep tracking of my weight. and now i'm sick so i really can't exercise. que horror!

  1. I'm 187.4 lbs. so our weight is quite close to each other. Unfortunately, Biggest Loser Asia Season 2 auditions are over and Biggest Loser: Pinoy Edition only accepts men & women aged 18-40 whose weight are 200+!
