DAY 59: Sit down you're rocking the boat

For.... the..... people all said sit down, sit down you're rocking the boat.

( Enter chorus )

The people all said sit down, sit down you're rocking the boat.
And the devil will drive you under by the sharp lapel of your checkered coat...
sit down sit down sit down sit down...
sit down you're rocking the boat.

- Guys and Dolls

Yessir. Yesterday, the boat was rocked. And the fallout? not so pretty. I will talk in a cadence of ambiguous statements because of the sensitivity of the issue. But lesson learned? Trust no one because people talk. and people are political. and they will do their best to save their own asses. and they will try to put the blame on you or use you as a scapegoat when the dust settles and things don't go their way.

How stupid could I have been to have trusted certain people - only to be given away and be subjected to the politics of it all. My friends are right. I should have stuck to the plan. The fallout is dirty, the dust is settling, and I hope to emerge in the way that God has planned out for me. We'll see boy. We'll see.
