DAY 73: THIN-SPIRATION

End: Emo. Start: Thinspiration


Saw this article at the Lifestyle Wellness section of Philippine Daily Inquirer. He came second place in the Asian edition of the Biggest Loser and lost 83 pounds. Wow. I'm so happy for him. It's no joke to lose weight and stop yourself from eating. And it's no joke to go to the gym and lift those weights and do circuit training when you feel like your muscles are about to pop. This guy makes me smile. :) Congrats Chef Carlo Miguel! And your food in Sala Bistro is awesome by the way!

WHAT I ATE TODAY:
Breakfast:
1/2 cup of brown rice
2 pcs. hotdog
2 cups of orange juice

Lunch: Emperor's Court
3 pcs. hacau
2 pcs. siomai
1 pc. xiao long pao
5 pcs. vegetable thingie
Watermelon Shake
Fruits

none

EXERCISE:
30 minutes of circuit training
1 lap in the polo field

193 pounds


EVENING WEIGHT:
192 pounds
